Untracked time & folo meetings

Døgn works together with folo, the meeting companion in the kveik suite. When folo records meetings, Døgn can take them over as time entries — you only assign them to the right client and project.

Taking meetings from folo

When folo has recorded meetings, the popover shows the „Folo tracked meetings" row with the count and the prompt „Assign now". A click starts the assignment flow. Døgn and folo exchange the data locally through the shared app container — nothing goes through the cloud.

The assignment flow

In the „Assign meeting" flow you work through the meetings one by one („[X] of [Y]"). For each you pick client and project and confirm with „Save & next" or „Save & done". If a meeting does not belong in your time tracking, use „Skip" or „Discard". Once all are done, Døgn reports „All assigned".

Note: „Discard" deletes the entry recorded for the meeting — Døgn asks first.

Untracked time

Independently of folo, Døgn also helps close gaps: through the day timeline you backfill untracked stretches (see Day timeline). Optionally, Døgn reminds you at the end of the day to log untracked time — you enable that under „Settings → General".
